Shipping Policy

Your products will be mailed within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 3 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail. 

After your item has left our facility please note that Chris Dior is not responsible for any potential delay as ship times vary depending on your package origin and destination. Chris Dior does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

In the event your billing and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
